摘 要:把聚合物溶液在炮眼处的流动过程看作是在一个变截面管道中先收缩后扩张的流动过程,在聚合物溶液经过等径圆管时的表观粘度模型的基础上,推导了炮眼剪切对聚合物溶液粘度影响的数学模型,分析了炮眼半径、炮眼密度和聚合物的注入量对聚合物溶液粘度在炮眼附近地层中分布的影响。计算结果表明:炮眼半径对聚合物溶液表观粘度的影响主要集中在聚合物进入炮眼的瞬间,炮眼半径既影响表观粘度大小的分布,又影响表观粘度的变化幅度,炮眼半径越小,聚合物溶液的表观粘度越小,表观粘度降幅越大;聚合物的注入量和炮眼密度对聚合物溶液表观粘度的影响都集中在注入井的中心位置,炮眼密度和聚合物的注入量只影响表观粘度大小的分布,炮眼密度越小或者注入量越大,聚合物溶液的表观粘度越小。The flow process of polymer solution on the perforation is regarded as one which first constricts then dilates in the duct of varying cross section.Based on momentum conservation law,the mathematical model for viscosity of polymer solution through perforation is derived.The influences of perforation radius,perforation density and injection volume of polymer solution on the viscosity distribution near perforation are analyzed.The results show that the influence of perforation radius on viscosity mainly exists in the perforation.The perforation radius not only affects the viscosity distribution,but also affects the change range.The smaller perforation radius is,the smaller apparent viscosity of polymer solution is and the larger decrease amplitude of apparent viscosity is.The influences of perforation density and injection volume of polymer solution on viscosity mainly exist in the center position of injection well.Perforation density and injection volume of polymer solution only affect the viscosity distribution.The smaller perforation density,or the larger injection volume of polymer solution,the smaller apparent viscosity of polymer solution.
