八宝丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎30例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨八宝丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将51例临床诊断为慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,口服八宝丹胶囊;对照组21例,口服胆舒胶囊。疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组显效11例(36.7%)、有效15例(50.0%)、无效4例(13.3%),对照组显效6例(28.6%)、有效10例(47.6%)、无效5例(23.8%),治疗组总有效率86.7%,明显高于对照组76.2%(P<0.05)。结论:八宝丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效显著,临床可作为首选药物。Objective：To study the clinical effect of Babaodan capsule in treating chronic cholecystitis.Methods：The 51 patients with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups.30 Cases in the treatment group,oral Babaodan capsule;21 cases in the control group,oral Danshu capsule.The course was 1 month.Results：The treatment group markedly in 11 cases（36.7%）,effective in 15 cases（50.0%）,invalid in 4 cases（13.3%）;while the control group markedly in 6 cases（28.6%）,effective in 10 cases（47.6%）,invalid in 4 cases（23.8%）.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 86.7%,significantly higher than 76.2%（P 0.05） in the control group.Conclusion：Babaodan capsule have the significant effect in treatment of chronic cholecystitis,which can be a drug of first choice in clinical.
