前列腺癌细胞凋亡与bcl-2蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨细胞凋亡及 bcl- 2蛋白表达在前列腺癌 (PCa)中的意义及前二者之间的相互关系。方法 :采用原位细胞凋亡标记及免疫组织化学法对 2 5例 PCa、18例前列腺增生症 (BPH)及 10例正常前列腺的前列腺组织石蜡切片行 bcl- 2蛋白及细胞凋亡检测。结果 :PCa组的细胞凋亡率显著高于 BPH组及正常组 ,且 PCa的细胞凋亡率与其分化程度呈显著负相关。 bcl- 2蛋白在 PCa组中表达率为 32 % ,与分化程度无关。 bcl- 2蛋白表达阳性者的 PCa细胞凋亡率显著低于阴性者。结论 :细胞凋亡率可作为反映 PCa恶性程度的指标。 bcl- 2蛋白在Purpose:To study the relationship between the expression of bcl 2 and apoptosis and between both of them and biologic behaviors of prostate carcinoma (PCa). Methods: Expression of bcl 2 and apoptotic cell were detected by immunohistochemical technique and in site end labeling method (ISEL) respectively . Results: Apoptosis index (AI) of PCa is much higher than benign tissue and the higher the grade of the carcinoma the higher the AI would be. Bcl 2 lost it′s normal express character in PCa .The AI of bcl 2 positive group is lower than that of negative ones in PCa. Conclusions: AI might serve as a marker in the evaluation of aggression of PCa . Bcl 2 is believed to play a role in the pathogenesis and development of PCa by inhibiting apoptosis.
