探索高职物流专业的本土化“教学工厂”——以广州番禺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过分析高职物流专业人才培养中实训环境不健全、高素质师资缺乏、专业课程体系与物流人才需求结合不紧密的现状分析,提出了借鉴新加坡"教学工厂"理念实现高职物流人才培养的思路,通过借鉴"教学工厂"提出的教学平台、教学团队和教学项目等创新模式,探索建立适合国内特色的高职物流人才培养的本土化"教学工厂"。In view of the status quo of the current logistics education in polytechnics of China, including, poor laboratory conditions, lack of qualified teachers, inconformity of the targets and schemes to those of the relevant enterprises in terms of demands and occupational competence, it is advisable, according to the author, that localized ＂teaching workshops＂ in Singaporean vocational education be introduced to set up our own workshops with new teaching media, teaching staff and teaching projects to suit Chinese special educational and vocational circumstances.
