摘　　要：Ｔｈｅ ｃａｓｅｓ ｗｅ ｒｅｐｏｒｔ ｉｓ ｔｈｅ ｓｅｒｒａｔｅｄ ｔｅａｒ ｔｈａｔ ｈｏｓｐｉｔａｌｉｚｅｄ ｄｕｒｉｎｇ ｔｈｅ ｐａｓｔ ｔｗｅｌｖｅ ｙｅａｒｓ．Ｔｈｅ ｔｏｔａｌ ｉｓ ４２ｃａｓｅｓ（４３ｅｙｅｓ）ｔｈａｔａｃｃｏｕｎｔｓ ｆｏｔ １２．５ ｐｅｒｃｅｎｔ ｏｆ ｔｈｅ ｒｅｔｉｎａ ｄｅｔａｅｈｍｅｎｔ ｉｎ ｔｈｅ ｓａｎｅ ｐｅｒｏｉｄ．ＴｈｅThe cases we report is the serrated tear that hospitalized during the past twelve years.The total number is 42 cases(43 eyes)that accounts for 12 5 percent of the retina detachment in the same peroid.The serrate tear mostly occurs in the juvenile,the tear is frequently found in the temperd inferior quadrant.The crystal therapy is effective and the effect rate of the the surgery is 95 20 percent.We discuss the cause of the disease and the factors that lead to a successful operation.
