摘 要:为探讨生活事件、心理健康与抗挫折心理能力的关系,采用青少年生活事件量表、精神卫生症状自评量表和大学生抗挫折心理能力问卷对1996名在校大学生进行调查。结果表明:(1)大学生抗挫折心理能力总体水平良好,他们应对挫折时主要以积极抗挫为主;(2)抗挫折心理能力及其各因子的年级差异显著(p<0.001),随年级升高呈现出波浪式下降趋势;(3)大学生生活事件、抗挫折心理能力与心理健康关系密切;(4)人际关系、学习压力、健康适应、其它因子、消极抗挫、抗挫特质对心理健康具有显著的预测效应。Using the Life Events Scale, SCL-90 and College Psychological Anti-frustration Ability Questionnaire to investigate 1996 college students, in order to explore the relationship among life events, mental health and anti-frustration ability. The results show that: (1) College students' psychological anti- frustration ability are higher, they deal with the setbacks to positive anti-frustration mainly. (2) The significant grade difference of college students' psychological anti-frustration ability shows a wave-typed developing tendency with higher grades. (3) College students' life events and psychological anti-frustration ability have a significantly high correlation with mental health. (4) Interpersonal relationship, study pressure, health and adaptation, other factors, negative anti-frustration, anti-frustration traits have a significant predictive effect on mental health.
