摘　　要：针对海面慢速小目标探测的问题,讨论了海杂波背景下降低杂波相关性并提取目标的原理与方法,从工程角度上分析了抗强杂波的具体措施。Aiming at the detection problem of slow and small target,this paper discusses the principle and method to decrease the relativity of clutter and abstract the target under the background of sea clutter,analyzes the particular measures to antagonize the strong clutter from the engineering point of view.
