摘　　要：介绍一种流程化知识驱动的车身设计方法,根据整车开发流程将设计过程逐一任务化,定义各项任务的输入、输出要求及参考知识。此方法统一了工程师们设计方法,同时按照项目要求提交了交付物,利用IT系统实现了设计质量看板管理、控制设计质量及进度、同步达到知识推送的目的。driven body design Based on conventional knowledge management theory, a kind of processed knowledge methodology furthermore is introduced. The whole design process is separated into different tasks following the vehicle development process, and all the requested inputs, outputs and ref- erences for each task are defined in order to unite design methods for engineers. Meanwhile, the design deliverables are submitted according to project requisition, a special IT Kanban system for design quality and timing control is used, and the target for the knowledge push at the same time is achieved.
