摘　　要：目的观察藜蒿提取液对结肠癌细胞的生长抑制作用。方法 采用CCK-8法研究了不同浓度藜蒿提取液对鼠结肠癌细胞株CMT-93的生长抑制作用。结果藜蒿提取液可抑制鼠结肠癌细胞的生长,在一定范围内（125~1000μg/ml）呈剂量依赖关系。结论藜蒿提取液对鼠结肠癌细胞的生长有抑制,并且呈剂量依赖关系。Objective To investigate the inhibit effect of extracts of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz on the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93.Methods It were observed that the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz extracts（125,250,500,1000μg/ml） on the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93 by the CCK-8 method.Results Extracts of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz can inhibit the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell and it show that a dose dependent manner in the range of 125-1000μg/ml.Conclusion Extracts of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz can inhibit the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93 in a dose dependent manner in vitro.
