摘 要:依次以2,2’-联吡啶和1,10-菲啰啉为显色剂,研究了对应的测定铁含量的光度法的灵敏度、线性范围及常见阳离子的干扰倍数。结果显示,对干扰离子Cu2+、Ni2+及Zn2+而言,2,2’-联吡啶分光光度法的抗干扰能力较强;在回归方程线性相关系数相同的前提下,1,10-菲啰啉光度法灵敏度较高,2,2’-联吡啶分光光度法的线性范围较宽。研究结果对在一定条件下,更合理地选用测定方法,有一定的指导意义。Taking 2,2'-bipyridine,1,10-phenanthroline as chromogenic reagents,the corresponding spectrophotometric determination of iron content of the sensitivity,linear range and the interference of multiple common cations were studied.The results showed that for the interference ions Cu2+,Ni2+and Zn2+,the 2,2'-bipyridine spectrophotometry anti-jamming ability was stronger;when linear correlation coefficient in the regression equation was the same,1,10-phenanthroline spectrophotometry had high sensitivity,2,2'-bipyridine spectrophotometry had wide linear range.Under certain conditions,results were the reference to choose the methods.
