摘 要:以木纳格葡萄败育型胚珠为材料进行胚挽救,按照已建立的适合白木纳格葡萄败育型胚珠培养体系进行实验,获得了大量木纳格葡萄胚挽救幼苗,炼苗后移栽到大田中种植。并结合已有分子标记技术,对胚挽救幼苗进行鉴定,结果显示45株胚挽救幼苗中,有21株扩增获得了目的片段,初步确定为具有无核性状的葡萄苗。The culture system of the vestigal ovule,from which Munake grape were tested and the vestigal ovules of Munake grape were used as materials to rescue embryo.The result showed that a lot of embryo rescue seedlings of Munake grape were obtained which were planted to fields after seedling adaptation according to established culture system of the vestigal ovule from white Munake grape.Meanwhile,the embryo rescue seedlings were identified based on the existing molecular markers techniques.The results showed that 21 of 45 embryo rescue seedlings were amplified and the purpose extract was obtained.These seedlings were preliminarily defined as seedless grape seedlings.
