生命伦理学的中国难题及其研究展望——以现代医疗技术为例进行探究的构想

摘　　要：生命伦理学的中国难题,典型反映在现代医疗技术中的伦理难题、法律难题以及伦理-法律难题。其语境梳理聚焦于两大问题症候:缺少对话;不够关心。从一种对生命伦理学中国形态的理论预设看,中国生命伦理学的形态构建的方向是:亟需一种宏观理论视野的突破为中国难题的解决奠定概念逻辑基础;亟需展开基础性的关于生命伦理状况的调查以使生命伦理学的中国语境变得清晰和有力;亟需推进应用难题和前沿问题的研究以洞察当今生命伦理观念变革的基本趋势。生命伦理学的中国难题的展开及其研究范例的形成,从伦理形态的意义为中国生命伦理的道德前景指引方向,在研究路径上面临三大任务:以对话的研究方法推进生命伦理学的跨学科研究;以对难题的充分关注推进生命伦理学的跨文化研究;以现状调查和国情对策的研究探索生命伦理学的中国道路。The typical controversial bioethics in China is the question arising in relationships among ethics and laws in terms of the modern medical technology, i.e., lack of communication and insufficiency of care. Based on a hypothetical bioethical theory applicable to China, this paper suggests that the urgent work at present is to make a theoretical breakthrough, investigate the status quo of the bioethics in China and predict the development of bioethics through the study of the applied and cutting-edge problems. The advent and paradigm of bioethics research in China will light the way for the in-depth research of the bioethics. And there are three methodological issues worthy of attention:to make the interdisciplinary research, to start the cross-cultural research and to steer a course of our own.
