摘　　要：大学发展观引领着大学的发展。本文对"以人为本"、"和谐发展"、"创新发展"、"社会化"等当代大学发展观进行了分析探讨,指出现实中存在的认识误区,以期明晰大学发展理路,为我国大学乃至整个高等教育系统的改革发展提供借鉴。University development concept leads the development of the University.The thesis analysis of the university development concept on ＂taking mankind as root ＂、＂harmonious development＂、 ＂innovation development＂、 ＂socialization＂,pointing out misunderstanding in reality,to clarify the development mentality of the University and provide use for reference for the reform and development of our country university and even higher education system.
