摘  要:本研究在于揭示中国人思维方式(联系性、变化性、矛盾性)对于教师组织承诺(感情承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺、投入承诺)的作用。研究对北京市5所学校和福建省武平3所学校共378名教师进行中国人思维方式和组织承诺的测量。在思维方式(联系性、变化性、矛盾性)和教师组织承诺(感情承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺、投入承诺)结构验证性因素分析基础上,研究检验了思维方式对于教师组织承诺水平的影响。多层线性分析结果表明,思维方式是组织承诺的重要预测变量:联系性和变化性是规范承诺的有效预测因子(P<.001);矛盾性是理想承诺(P<.01)与投入承诺(P<.001)的有效预测因子。The major purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the Chinese Thinking Style dimensions (Relation, Change, Contradiction) and Organizational Commitment (Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Ideal Commitment, Involvement Commitment) among the Chinese middle school teachers. A survey questionnaire was designed on the basis of interviews l data collection and scientific analy- sis. Some forefront statistical methods like confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis are employed. The total of 378 teachers were tested with their thinking style dimensions and their organizational commitment. The regression results indicate that Relation and Change are valid predicators for Normative Commitment ( P 〈. 001 ), Contradiction is a valid predicator for Ideal Commitment ( P 〈. 01 ) and Involvement Commitment ( P 〈. 001 ). Correlation data show that Thinking Style has a positive correlation with Organizational Commitment in general, though it significantly has a negative correlation with Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Ideal Commitment and Involvement Commitment. Relation and Change have negative correlations with Organi- zational Commitment. Relation has a significantly positive correlation with Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Ideal Commitment and Involvement Commitment. Change has a significantly positive correlation with Normative Commitment. Contradiction has only a positive correlation with Involvement Commitment.
