摘　　要：抗战时期,晋察冀根据地乡村由于自然灾害、人地关系紧张、封建盘剥,尤其是日伪的扫荡,根据地军民面临着严重生存危机。在李正安运动的影响下,根据地乡村运输队纷纷建立,促使根据地乡村运输事业、贸易不断发展。在此过程中不但群众生活得到改善,日伪对根据地的包围、封锁被打破,根据地乡村的社会关系、生产方式、价值观念、制度认同也发生了巨大变化。In the period of Anti-Japanese War, the soldiers and civilians were facing a serious crisis of survival as natural disasters, man- land relationship tension, feudal exploitation and especially the the raids of Japanese and puppet armies in rural Jin-Cha-Ji base. Under the in- fluence of Li Zhengan movement the transport business and trades continued to development, and the rural transport teams had been set up in the base. Which not only improved the lives of the masses, the blockade was broken, the rural social relations, production methods, values and identity system had undergoned tremendous changes in the base.
