开放大学背景下的电大招生创新思考

摘　　要：以广播电视大学为主体来构建国家开放大学的前提下,提出开放教育生源规模是学校生存和发展的基础的观点。分析了新形势下制约电大招生工作的困难与原因,结合招生工作的实践经验,探讨了"内部挖潜提高学生对电大的忠诚度和认可度"、"丰富服务文化,提升核心竞争力"等招生工作方式方法的"创新"之路,为开创招生工作新局面献计献策。In the premise of ＂open university in our country, the principal part of which is composed by radio and TV university, the author proposed that the source scale of the students in open education be the survival of a school and the base to develop it as well. This paper analyzed the difficulties and causes which might restrict the enrollment of TV university in the new situation,combining with the practical experience of enrollment, and studied＂ internal potentials in order to enhance the loyalty and approval of the TV university students. Such innovative methods as ＂enrich service culture; promote core competitiveness＂ are put forward to createa new phase for students enrouing situation of enrollment.
