肥皂水、生理盐水灌肠对兔肠黏膜损伤的比较

摘　　要：目的:观察肥皂水、生理盐水灌肠对兔肠黏膜损伤的情况。方法:40只家兔随机分成两组,分别用生理盐水、肥皂水灌肠。观测灌肠后血钾水平变化以及粪便涂片肠黏膜细胞脱落情况。透射电镜观察肠黏膜细胞亚显微结构变化,光镜观察肠黏膜充血、水肿情况。结果:肥皂水组灌肠后血钾下降水平明显高于生理盐水组。病理切片可见肥皂水组肠黏膜损伤程度较生理盐水组严重。粪涂片下可见肥皂水组肠黏膜细胞脱落情况较生理盐水组严重。结论:肥皂水灌肠对肠黏膜损伤较生理盐水严重。Reserch on injuries to rabbit＇s Intestinal mueosa caused by enema with soapsuds. Methods ：40 rabbits divided into two groups. Give each group an enema with normal sodium and soapsuds respectively. Detect the level of serum potassium before and after the coloclysis. Observed the con- gestion and edema of intestional mucous membrane through microscope and ultramicrostructuro of intestional cells through electron microscope. Results：Level of serum potassium after coloclysis in soapsuds - group was higher than that of the normal sodium - group. More serious injuries can be observed on in soap- suds - group compared to normal sodium - group. There is less colorectal exfoliative cells from stool smear in normal sodium - group than that of soapsuds - group. Conclusion：Soapsuds had more serious injuries to intestional membrane than that of norm sodium.
