摘　　要：目的:了解人们对慢性肾脏病筛查工作服务质量的评价,从而为改进肾脏病筛查工作提供参考依据。方法:对中山市参与慢性肾脏病筛查检测的184个被试者进行SERVQUAL问卷调查,其中有效问卷139份。将调查结果输入SPSS 16.0进行数据分析。结果:男性较女性对筛查工作服务质量的评分更高;老年人比年轻人的评分更高。结论:修订后的SERVQUAL问卷是测评慢性肾脏病筛查工作服务质量的有效工具,应采取措施改进筛查工作服务质量,提高筛查工作效率。Finding out how people evaluate the quality of chronic kidney disease screening service, to provide the reference framework for screen- ing improvement. Methods：Conducted a SERVQUAL scale survey among 184 patients who joined in the chronic kidney disease screening in Zhougshan city, the number of valid questionnaires were 139. Then analyzed the data with SPSS 16.0. Results： Men tend to score higher than women on quality of screening services. The elder scores was higher than the younger. Conclusions ： SERVQUAL scale is effective in evaluating the quality of chronic kidney disease screen- ing service. Measures should be taken to improve the quality of screening services.
