摘　　要：研究分析国内外创业模式,提出了影响创业的因素汇总同心圆模型,通过对杭州市创业现状的研究分析,探索总结出杭州成功创业模型是"人才+资本"。This paper studies domestic and foreign entrepreneurial model and puts forward the collecting concentric circles model affecting venture factors. Through the analysis on current situation of venture capital in Hangzhou, the paper summarizes that the success model in Hangzhou is ＂talent ＋ capital＂.
