养胃煎合热奄包治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养胃煎合热奄包治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法将60例CAG患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用养胃煎内服合热奄包穴位离子导入治疗,对照组30例予维酶素片治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。统计2组临床疗效、胃镜疗效及病理疗效、平均开始恢复时间。结果治疗组临床疗效、胃镜疗效及病理疗效总有效率分别为93.3%、90.0%、70.0%,对照组分别为73.3%、63.3%、36.7%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组平均开始恢复时间为3.2 d,对照组为6.9 d,治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养胃煎合热奄包治疗CAG起效快,临床疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） treated by Yangweijianhereyanbao.Methods 60 cases of CAG were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated by acupoint iontophoresis treatment of Yangweijianhereyanbao.The other 30 patients in control group were treated with Weimeisu tablet.The course was 30 days in two groups.After three courses the clinical effect,the gastroscope efficacy,pathological efficacy and the average start recovery time were recorded.Results The clinical effect,the gastroscope efficacy,pathological efficacy in treatment group（93.3%,90.0%,70.0%） were higher than those in control group（73.3%,63.3%,36.7%,P0.05）.The average start recovery time in treatment group（3.2 d） was shortened as compared with that in control group（6.9 d,P0.05）.Conclusion Yangweijianhereyanbao was rapid and definite in the treatment of CAG.
