摘  要:论文在剖析学员实践能力培养不足的基础上,提出将实践能力培养提前至从大一做起,从小事做起;加强课程实验和课程综合设计建设;强化创新基地与本科生实验室的联合,强化创新基地的培训功能三点建议,以期能进一步提高我院创新型人才的培养水平。The cultivation of innovative talents is the soul of our college education.On the basis of the talent training scheme which has been executed since 2009,we propose that the practical ability training should be carried out for the first-year students.In order to raise the cultivation level of innovative talents,we propose three suggestions: First,ask the students to start with trifles.Secondly,strengthen the construction of course experiments and course design.Moreover,we should enforce the cooperation of undergraduate laboratory and research base for innovative practice.Finally,we should enhance the training function of research base for innovative practice.
