摘　　要：文中通过对我国物流人才的需求现状和学校物流教学的相关情况分析,提出在物流管理专业教学过程中如何能提高学生的知识水平和学习能力的几点关于课程设置、教学方法和教学模式等方面的想法。This article analysis the needs of logistics personnel in our country and the relevant circumstances of logistics teaching in our college,put forward some ideas in teaching curriculum,teaching methods and teaching mode,in order to improve students＇ knowledge level and learning ability.
