摘　　要：侗族习惯法——"侗款"是侗族传统文化的核心内容,也是前国家组织结构的一块活化石,它在构建侗族和谐社会中起到了教育的辅助作用,是侗族和谐文化代代传承的法律保障。本文介绍了侗款的起源、发展、传承与变迁,并分析了侗款的社会功能。The culture of Dong minority traditional is extensive and profound,the Unwritten law of Dong minority——＂The Dongkuan＂ is the key content,also a living fossil of the former national organizational structure,it has an educational and accessorial function when Dong Minority was structured the harmony society,and is a legitimate guarantee from generation to generation of harmonious culture.This article introduced the origin,development,transmission and changes of ＂The Donkuan＂,and it analyzes the social functions of ＂The Dongkuan＂ in various ways.
