摘  要:建立高效液相色谱法测定豆奶粉中三种异黄酮含量的测定方法。采用LC-20AT高效液相色谱系统,以甲醇-水(5.5:4.5)为流动相,检测波长为260 nm,流速为0.8 mL.min-1。待测组分与其他组分分离度良好,结果表明染料木苷、大豆黄素、染料木素线性范围分别为11.47~172μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),5.33~80μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),8.26~124μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为98.9%,98.7%,99.4%,相对标准偏差分别为0.3%,1.8%,2.0%。该方法准确且重现性好,结果可为不同人群选择豆类食品提供科学依据。This paper is to introduce the setup of a measuring method of determining the contents of oflavones in soy milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Use LC 20AT HPLC system and methanol: water = 5.5:4.5(v / v) as mobile phase,choosing 260 nm as detection wavelength and 0.8 mLomin-1 as flow rate to determine the flavonoid contents.The separation of components from other co-existing concentrationis good,the results show that genistin,daidzein and genistein perform a good linear relationship in the range of 11.47~172.0 μg·mL-1(r= 0.9998),5.33~80.0 μg·mL-1(r= 0.9999)and 8.26~124.0 μg·mL-1(r= 0.9998).The average recovery of 98.9% for genistin,98.7% for daidzein and 99.4% for genistein with RSD's 0.3%,1.8% and 2.0% respectively.This method is accurate and reproducible.The test results provide guidance to people to select soybean products according to their different needs.
