摘　　要：结合随机均衡(SUE)分配模型和OD反推技术,提出了运用TransCAD的OD Matrix Estimationt功能模块对拟建项目周边路网承载能力进行分析的方法,并以重庆寸滩三期工程为例,对其周边路网的承载能力进行分析,验证了该方法的有效性,最后基于分析结果,提出了一些解决瓶颈路段的措施。The bearing capacity traffic analysis of the surrounding network road for aiming project is an important part of the Traffic Impact Analysis.Firstly,combined with random equilibrium（SUE） model and OD estimation theory,this paper proposed the analysis method for the surrounding network bearing capacity of aiming project based on OD-estimation function section of TransCAD,and then took bearing capacity analysis of surrounding network in the third phase projection of Chongqing Inch Beach as an example,finally,based on the analysis put forward some measures to solve the problems of bottleneck section.
