摘　　要：高效的隐性知识流转是企业实现持续竞争优势的关键,社会网络是隐性知识流转的重要途径,而社会网络视角下的企业隐性知识管理研究是一种新兴的研究范式。首先概述了隐性知识领域的相关研究进展,在对社会网络理论和社会网络分析方法的研究成果进行梳理的基础上,进一步对利用企业知识网络、社会网络分析企业隐性知识管理、社会网络对企业隐性知识传播的影响等近期研究成果进行了归纳和评述,并提出了现存研究的局限性及未来研究值得关注的问题。Efficient tacit knowledge transfer is the key to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for a corporation, social network is the important approach for tacit knowledge transfer, and the researches on corporation tacit knowledge man- agement from the perspective of social network are a new emerging paradigm. First, the overview of the relevant resear ehes on tacit knowledge was summarized. Then, the relevant researches on social network theory and social network anal- ysis methods were summarized. Furthermore, the recent studies on corporation knowledge networks, social network anal- ysis for knowledge management activities, and social network＇s impact on knowledge dissemination were summarized and commented.
