摘　　要：河北沿海经济隆起带的发展对地方院校的人才培养模式提出了新的要求。河北省地方院校应以地方区域经济发展对人才的需求为指导,优化人才培养方案,构建适合地方院校自身发展的人才培养模式。The development of economic rising belt in coast area of Hebei province has raised new demands on the talent education model of local colleges.Colleges in Hebei province should optimize their talent education models and construct proper patterns that suit their own development with the guidance of talent needs of local economic development.
