摘 要:目的通过测算无陪护模式病区的护理工作量,制定无陪护模式病区护理人力资源配置标准。方法选择9个无陪护模式病区进行60项直接护理项目和42项间接护理项目护理时间的测定,根据公式计算出护理工作量和护理人员编制。结果直接护理时间占护理总时间的68.6%,88.9%病区存在不同程度的缺编现象。无陪护模式病区日均护理总时数为91.7h,适宜的床护比为1∶0.5。结论应对无陪护模式病区进行护理工作量测定,以确定适宜的护理人力。Objective To formulate standards for allocation of nursing human resources by calculating nursing workload in only-nurse attending ward. Methods Nine only-nurse attending wards were selected to measure direct nursing hours of 60 items and indirect nursing hours of 42 items. Nursing workload and staffing were calculated by formula. Results Direct nursing hours accounted for 68.6% of the total nursing hours; st:,ortage of nurses was particularly evident in 88.9% of the wards. The mean nursing time per day was 91.7 hours and the ratio of bed to nurse for the best reasonable nursing manpower staffing was 1 : 0.5. Conclusion Reaso- nable nursing manpower-staffing should be determined by measuring nursing workload in only-nurse attending wards.
