宫颈电环切除术对患者生育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者行宫颈电环切除术对生育的影响。方法回顾性分析2008-01～2010-12期间,62例因宫颈上皮内瘤变行宫颈电环切除术的患者为治疗组,60例孕前未行任何宫颈手术的妇女为对照组,观察两组的妊娠结局。结果治疗组和对照组比较,在受孕能力、流产率、早产率、胎膜早破、剖宫产率、宫颈裂伤发生率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组总产程的时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论宫颈电环切除术是治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤变的安全有效方法,只要掌握手术指征和手术切除范围,对其后的妊娠生育是安全的。Objective To investigate the effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） on fertility of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）.Methods The delivery data of 62 pregnant women in treatment group undergoing LEEP and 60 pregnant women without any surgery of cervix in control group from January 2008 to December 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no significant difference in the fertility ability,the abortion rate,the premature delivery rate,the premature rupture of membrane,the cesarean section rate and the laceration of cervix between two groups（P0.05）.But the total stage of labor was significantly shorter in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion LEEP is a safe and effective way for patients with CIN,and it will be safe for the delivery of patients when mastering the operative indicators.
