摘　　要：本文解剖了164例大隐静脉,从临床实用角度出发、对隐股点(Sapheno-femoral junction)处大隐静脉的管径,隐股点的体表投影,大隐静脉属支注入隐股点距离进行观察和测量.提出了用耻骨结节及髂耻连线中、内1/3分界点的两点确定隐股点定位法,并对临床应用有关问题进行了讨论.On 164 cadaver lower extremities,the surface projection of sapheno-femoral junction(SFJ),the caliber ofgreat saphenous vein(GSV)near theSFJ and the distances from the SFJto the joining points of small veinsto the upper end of GSV,wereobserved and measured.The pubictubercle and the medial and midd-le one-third junction of a line link-ing the pubic tubercle and theanterior superior iliac spine canbe used as landmarks to identifythe SFJ.
