摘　　要：泰州学派杰出的平民弟子韩贞是泰州学派创始人王艮之子王襞的嫡传弟子。韩贞与王襞交情甚笃,他们既是师生关系,又是朋友关系。自韩贞从学于王襞之后,王襞对韩贞不仅进行了精心的理论指导,而且从交游、生活等各方面给以关照。韩贞在安丰学习两年回家乡之后,从事讲学,为百姓做善事。王襞时刻关注、关心韩贞的学习与生活,两人书信往来不断,共同探讨,为泰州学派的传承作出了贡献。Han Zhen was the outstanding poor disciple of Taizhou School.He was the orthodox pupil of Wang Bi,son of Wang Yin who created the Taizhou School.The friendship between Han Zhen and Wang Bi was very deep.They were not only apprentice and master,but also friends.Since Han Zhen became a pupil of Wang Bi,the latter guided the former meticulously in theory research,in dealing with people and all kinds of things.After two years studying in Anfeng,Han Zhen returned to his hometown,began to give lectures and do good things for the common people.Wang bi cared for Han zhen＇s studying and living constantly.They kept in touch by letters.Han Zhen also visited Wang Bi frequently.They helped each other all their brilliant life.
