摘　　要：建立了需求为常数的易变质商品降价促销的EOQ模型,对模型最优解的存在性进行了说明,并介绍了求最优解的方法,为易变质商品的促销提供理论依据。This article has established Economic Order Quantity （EOQ） Model for price reduction sale of deteriorating items by taking demand as a constant, explains the existence of the optimal solution to the model, introduces the method for the optimal solution and provides theoretical basis for the promotion of deteriorating commodities.
