摘　　要：在对19世纪至20世纪中期法国职业技术教育进行简单历史回顾的基础上,介绍了法国职前职业教育教师的发展,就其对教育实践产生的影响进行分析;并介绍了如今法国职业技术教育教师的培训和招聘现状,总结了法国教育实践的变化对职业教育教师提出的新的挑战。The paper introduces the development of initial vocational education teachers and analyzes its influence on vocational education and training practice based on reviewing the history of technical and vocational education development in France from 19th century to the middle age of 20th century.The paper also introduces the current situation of vocational and technical education teachers training and recruitment in France,summarizes the changes of vocational education practice and the challenge faced by vocational education teachers.
