摘　　要：全球化时代,企业社会责任日益受到关注。本文通过对社会责任信息披露现状的分析,有针对性地从企业内部与外部两个方面提出对企业社会责任信息披露架构体系进行改进的建议。以期为规范企业社会责任行为,推动和谐社会的不断向前发展尽一份绵薄之力。Corporate social responsibility （CSR） has been paid more and more attention in economic globaliztion. The essay analyses from stakeholders on the social responsibility of information needs, put forward proposals to the improvement of information disclosure system from both internal and external of the enterprises, to standardize corporate social responsibility, promote the harmonious development of our society.
