摘　　要：公司控制权的价值效应,特别是控制权与公司价值之间关系是近年来公司金融、公司治理领域的热点研究主题。文章通过对近十年来中国学者对公司控制权与公司价值领域研究的文献的收集与整理,对其研究内容与研究方法进行了更细的划分,并在此基础上做出评述与展望,未来的研究将更加重视制度嵌入性研究以及结构动态演化研究。In recent years, the corporate control has been one of the hottest research topic in the field of corporate finance and corporate governances. This topic collected and coordinated the Chinese scholars ＇ s corporate control literatures in last ten years, conducted a more detailed classification, and on this basis to make brief comments. Future studies will focus more on embedded systems research and dynamic evolution of the structure
