摘  要:目的 研究血浆内皮素1(ET-1) 在急性脑缺血大鼠中的作用,评价尼莫地平地ET- 1 的拮抗作用。方法 应用大脑中动脉阻断法(MCAo) 制备急性脑缺血(ACI) 大鼠模型。利用放射免疫分析法(RIA) 测定ACI大鼠急性期血浆ET- 1含量以及尼莫地平治疗后ET- 1 的变化。结果 手术组急性期血浆ET-1 含量与对照组比较差别显著( P< 0-05)。手术组与治疗组血浆ET- 1 含量比较差别不显著。结论 急性脑梗死大鼠急性期血浆ET-1 水平增高对大鼠脑缺血会产生不利的影响,尼莫地平仅有部分拮抗ET- 1Objective To study the dynamical change of plasma ET-1 in the rats with acute cerebral ischemia and the treatment efficacy of Nimodipine.Methods Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo) in rats produces an model of acute cerebral ischemia (ACI).The level of plasma ET-1 in rats with ACI were assayed by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results In acute stage,the levels of plasma ET-1 were significantly increased ( P <0 05) as compared with controls.The levels of plasma ET-1 of the oprative group were not siginificantly increased as compared with the group of treatment.Conclusions The increase of plasma ET-1 of ACI of rats in actue stage may produce harmful influence to the cerebral ischemia of rats.Nimodipine can resist ET-1 partly,but it is not a effective drug. [
