CD_(44V6)在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨 CD44 V6 在肺癌中的表达及其临床价值。方法　采用免疫组化 ( SP法 )检测了 45例非小细胞肺癌 ( NSCL C)和 16例小细胞肺癌 ( SCLC)中 CD44 V6 分子的表达情况。结果　 13 1例 NSCL C呈现 CD44 V6 阳性反应 ,阳性率为 68.9% ,而 SCLC则全部阴性 ( P<0 .0 1)。 2在鳞、腺癌中 ,有淋巴结转移组中的 CD44 V6 阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论　 CD44 V6 在 NSCL C转移过程中可能起重要作用 ,并可作为一个预后指标 ,而 SCL C的转移则不依赖于 CD44 V6 的介导 ;而且 CD44 V6 可作为一种新的标志物 ,用于鉴别肺癌的组织学类型。Objective To study the expression of CD 44b6 and its correlation with lymph node metastasis in human lung cancer. Method Immunohistochemical study (SP) was undertaken to examine the expression of CD 44V6 in paraffin-enbedded specimens from 45 cases of non-small cell lung cancers ( NSCLCs) and 16 cases of small cell lung cancers (SCLCs). Result 31 cases of NSCLCs showed positive immunoreaction for CD 44V6 , and all cases of SCLCs tested were negative for CD44v6 (P<0.01). The positive rates of CD 44V6 were significantly higher in the group of lymph node metastasis than in the group of non-lymph node metastasis in squamous carcinomas and adenocarcinomas (P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that CD 44V6 may play an important role in the metastasis of NSCLC and can be an index of prognosis, whereas the metastasis of SCLCs may be independent of CD 44V6 . This discrepancy in CD 44V6 expression can be used to distinguish the histological types of lung cancer.
