摘　　要：农民除了可以无偿获得集体经济组织提供的宅基地外,几乎得不到政府在住房方面的任何资助,而且,即便是这种单一的以宅基地福利为基础的居住保障方式,亦已随着工业化和城市化的不断发展而面临难以持续的困境。随着我国经济社会发展水平的不断提高,建立多元化、多层次的农村住房保障体系,不仅是统筹城乡发展,促进社会和谐的的现实需要,而且也是贯彻住房机会平等,切实保障农民住房权利的必然要求。In rural areas,in addition to the farmers free access to the collective economic organizations of the homestead,there is almost without any government assistance in housing.Moreover,with the development of China＇s industrialization and urbanization,the constant development of the single way based-on homestead welfare is facing unsustainable.As China＇s economic and social development continue to improve,it＇s very important to establish a diversified,multi-level housing security system in rural for Implementation of equal housing opportunity,protection of farmers＇ right to housing,and Improvement of the living conditions of farmers.
