摘 要:目的:探讨了卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO、NOS、TGF-β_1和TSGF水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用化学法、酶联法和生化法对32例卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO、NOS、TGF-β_1和TSGF检测,并与35名正常人作比较。结果:卵巢癌患者在手术治疗前后血清TGF-β_1、TSGF、NOS水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而NO水平非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。手术治疗3个月后,则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清NO、NOS、TGF-β_1和TSGF水平的变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To study the clinical significance of measurement the changes on serum TGF-β1, TSGF and NO, NOS levels after operation in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum NO/NOS(with chemistry), serum TGF-β1 (with ELISA), se- rum TSGF(WIth Biochemistry) levels were measured in 32 patients after surgery with ovarian cancer and 35 normal controls. Results Before operation the serum TGF-β1, TSGF and NOS levels were significantly higher than those in controls (P 〈 0.01 ), but serum NO levels were absolutely lower than those in controls(P 〈0.01 ), 3months after operation the levels in patients were no more differ- ence from those in controls (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Serum NO/NOS, TGF-β1 and TSGF levels were closely related to the diseases process of ovarian cancer and were of prognostic values.
