复合纤维素与烟酸肌醇酯降脂作用的比较

摘　　要：目的　观察和比较以燕麦麸、沙棘皮为主要原料的复合纤维素和烟酸肌醇酯对大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法　SD雌性断乳大鼠经高脂饲料诱导高脂模型后随机分为三组:A复合纤维素,B高脂饲料+1.2%烟酸肌醇酯,C高脂饲料(对照组)。大鼠均单笼饲料,自由进食饮水。结果　与对照组相比,复合纤维素可显著降低高脂大鼠血TC、TG和LDL-c水平(P<0.05),并可显著升高大鼠血HDL-c水平和HDL-c/LDL-c(P<0.05),大鼠的肝TC水平也明显下降(P<0.05)。烟酸肌醇酯也有明显升高大鼠血HDL-c、HDL-c/LDL-c(P<0.05)和降低大鼠肝TC作用(P<0.05)。但对大鼠血TC、TG、LDL-c水平的影响,未出现显著差异(P>0.05)。结论　复合纤维素是较理想的降低人群血脂水平和防治动脉粥样硬化的膳食成分。Objective To make a comparative study on hypohpemic action between dietary fiber and the medicine inositol nicotinate.Methods Dietary fiber complex is made from oat bran and seabuckthorn rind. After a fourteen day diet with cholesterol1%andbilesalt 0.25%,21 weaning female SD rats were divided into three groups on the basis of body weight and plasma cholesterol levels.Group A received dietary fiber complex,group B received inositol nicotinate,and group C as control.The experiments lasted 28 days.Cholesterol concentrations in plasma and liver,plasma triglyceride, plasma HDL C,and LDL C were determined.Results The data showed that dietary fiber complex and insitol nicotinate significantly decreased the levels of plasma TC、TG、LDL C,and increased the levels of plasma HDL C in rats when compared with the control diet.The hypocholesterolemic effect of dietary fiber is better than inositol nicotinate.There is a significant difference between the two groups (P<0 05).Conclusion So dietary fiber complex might provide a useful information for researching the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
