摘　　要：介绍了试验钢化学成分、热轧、冷轧、热处理工艺等的设计,试验钢成品力学性能符合600MPa级DP钢技术标准要求,显微组织为铁素体加(14～16)%的马氏体,具有典型的双相钢组织特征。目前本钢已正式商业化生产该产品并得到了多家汽车厂的认可。This paper introduces the design of chemical composition, hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing process of experimental steel. The finished product property meets the technical standard, the microstructure is typical dual phase, F＋M（14-16）%. This product has been produced commercially in BX STEEL, and has been approved by end users.
