摘　　要：从科技与社会的关系入手,分析当代前沿技术——网络所带来的问题,对这些问题进行界定和分类并描述其不同的特点。通过对网络传播问题的分析,进而研究这一系列问题产生的原因。In this paper,the writer starts at the relationship between science,technology and human society,analyzes the problems of the network technology,then defines,classifies and describes the different characteristics of the problems.By analyzing the problems of network communication,reasons generated by these problems are also analyzed.
