摘　　要：经过二十多年的发展,我国科技企业孵化器的数量、孵化场地面积、在孵企业数量、毕业企业数量逐年增加,提供的就业机会呈逐年上升之势,形成了比较完善的科技创新孵化体系,带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。与此同时,我国科技企业孵化器在发展过程中存在着的发展定位、投资模式转换、国际化发展、孵化功能、人员素质等方面问题,还有待进一步解决,以利于我国科技企业更好地发育和成长。Thanks to the development in the past 20-odd years,the hatching of science and technology enterprises in China is greatly improved in terms of the number of incubators,site areas,the number of incubating and graduated enterprises,and the annually increasing job opportunities.A relatively perfect technology innovation hatching systemhas been formed and has brought about tremendous economic and social effect.However,to benefit the growth of science and technology enterprises in China,problems are still to be solved on the development positioning,investment model conversion,internationalization,incubating function and staff competence,etc.
