摘　　要：文章以一起驾车抢夺案例为切入点,针对《刑法》第133条之一的规定进行解读,分析危险驾驶罪的犯罪构成,进而探讨危险驾驶过程中又触犯他种罪行时的罪数形态及法律适用问题,并提出相关建议。The paper took a driving snatch case as the starting point,to interprete one of the provisions of 133 articles of the Penal Code,and analyze the constitution of the crime of dangerous driving,then explore the other offenses in the process of dangerous driving and application of the law,and make recommendations.
