摘  要:用管碟法测定喹赛多对 9种共 1 5株畜禽常见病原菌的体外抑菌活性。喹赛多对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌都有较强的抑菌活性 ,对鸡大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)为 0 .6 2 5 μg/ml、鸡巴氏杆菌为 1 .2 5 μg/ml、金色葡萄球菌为 2 .5 μg/ml,可见对革兰氏阴性菌的抑菌作用略强于革兰氏阳性菌。其抑菌活性比金霉素弱 ,与喹乙醇相近 ,比磺胺二甲嘧啶强。结果表明 ,喹赛多是一种较强的抑菌剂 。The antibacterial activity of cyadox against 9 species 15 strains of pathogen was determined by means of cylinder plate methed .The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of cyadox against Escherichia coli, Pasterella multocide and Staphylococcus aureus was 0.625μg/ml,1.25μg/ml and 2.5μg/ml, respectively. The result indicated that cyadox had slightly stronger antibacterial activities against grampositive bacterial than gramnegtive bacterial. The antibacterial activity of cyadox was weaker than that of aureomycin,close to olaqindox and stronger than sulfadimidiner. Cyadox maybe alternatives to olaquindox, as additive, for preventing animal from bacterial infection and promoting growth.
