摘　　要：在深化收入分配制度改革时,应处理好效率与公平的关系,应该寻求一个公平与效率的最佳契合点,实现效率,促进公平。同时应提高劳动报酬在初级分配中的比重,促进企业分配公平与优质、快速的发展。In the process of deepening the reform of income and distribution system,the relationship between efficiency and equality and should be well tackled and an ideal conjunction point of efficiency and equality should be sought,so as to realize the efficiency and to promote the equality.Meanwhile,the proportion of labor reward in the initial distribution should be improved,so as to boost the development of the distribution system in enterprises with equality,high-quality and fastness.
