摘　　要：大学跨越式发展首先必须具备一定条件:一名锐意创新的校长,一个先进的办学理念,一个共同做事的好氛围,一批国内外知名的教授。其次,大学跨越式发展要遵循一定的路径,这种路径则因校制宜。A university＇s development by leaps and bounds should have some conditions： a principal with initiative,advanced school-running philosophy,a healthy environment encouraging cooperation and teamwork,a batch of well-known professors home and abroad.In addition,a university＇s leapfrog development should obey a certain route suited to the university.
