静电照相数字印刷颜色均匀性研究

摘　　要：颜色均匀性是数字印刷颜色复制性能的重要指标之一,特别是对于打印大块平网、实地或渐变色等尤其显得重要。本文研究不同类型墨粉及纸张对静电照相数字印刷颜色均匀性的影响。实验结果表明:液态墨粉静电照相数字印刷机沿走纸方向和激光主扫描方向上具有较好的颜色均匀性能;固态墨粉静电照相数字印刷机沿走纸方向具有较好的颜色均匀性能,激光主扫描方向的颜色均匀性能不是很理想,需要进一步的提高和改善;不同纸张对于静电照相数字印刷的颜色均匀性能影响不大。Color uniformity is one of the important indexes of color reproduction capabilities for digital printing, especially, it is very important to print solid color or halftone tint color. This paper studies how different types of toner and papers effect the color uniformity performance of digital printing. The experimental results show that digital press which uses liquid electronic ink has excellent color uniformity performance, and digital presses which use solid toner have good color uniformity performance with paper feed direction, but it doesn＇t have so good color uniformity with the laser scanning direction. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance and improve color uniformity performance along the laser scanning direction; Different types of papers have little influence on color uniformity performance of digital printing.
