CDIC系统种植治疗的长期临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的通过对9084颗种植体的临床观察分析,评价CDIC系统种植体植入效果。方法收集1987年6月至2011年6月接受种植治疗的患者4215例,随访观察3～18年,观察分析患者年龄、性别、种植部位及方法,牙龈和牙周状况,X线平片表现。结果 4108例患者中男2319例,女1789例,年龄22～70岁,平均42.5岁。上下后牙区植入5021颗种植体,上前牙区植入3374颗种植体,下前牙区植入689颗种植体。上颌窦内提升(经牙槽嵴顶冲顶上颌窦提升)同期种植796例,组织引导再生植骨同期种植1863例,早期失败15颗,均为修复后咀嚼食物不慎致种植体松动,5年无松动脱落,8年脱落74颗,10年脱落72颗。结论 CDIC系统临床应用操作简便,植入效果良好,10年存留率96.6%。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of CDIC dental implants.Methods 4108 patients were treated between 1987 and 2011.Patients＇age,gender,implant sited,implant surgical techniques,gingiva and periodontal conditions were analyzed.Results A total 4108 patients received 9084 CDIC dental implants.The group comprised 2319 men and 1789 women with a mean age 42.5 years.5021 dental implants were in behind madible and maxilla,3374 dental implants in anterior maxilla and 689 dental implants in anterior mandible.796 patients inserted implants by simultaneous osteome technique and 1863 patients inserted implants with GBR.12 complications leading to early failures were recorded.The survival rate were 96.6% in 10 years follow-up observation.Conclusions Operation is simple by using CDIC dental implants and good reliable effect is achieved.
