基于企业技术创新项目的风险因素分析与指标设计

摘　　要：技术创新是经济高质量增长的最根本源泉,在企业的生存发展和提高整体竞争力的方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,技术创新又是一项失败率很高的风险活动,这种高风险从某些方面制约了创新项目的实施与发展。所以,对企业技术创新项目的风险因素进行分析,在掌握其特点的基础上,总结出风险评价的因素指标,具有重要的意义。首先对企业技术创新风险进行分类并对其风险因素进行分析,提出企业技术创新风险及风险因素的特征,并在此基础上总结出了技术创新风险的因素指标体系。Technical innovation is economic growth with high quality is the most fundamental source,in the survival and development of enterprises and improve the overall competitiveness of the plays a more and more important role.However,technological innovation is also a high rate of failure in high risk activity,this high risk from some aspects of restricting the innovation project implementation and development.Therefore,to the enterprise technology innovation project risk factors were analyzed,the master based on their characteristics,summed up the risk evaluation index,has important significance.Based on the enterprise technology innovation risk classification and its risk factors were analyzed,put forward an enterprise technological innovation risk and risk factors for characters,and on this basis,summed up the technological innovation risk factor index system.
